Pros:Good idea. Nice composition and well exposed.
Cons:I've found that when photographing water, one has to choose either to freeze the motion with a very high shutter speed (1/500 second or higher) or create a soft, blurred effect by using a much slower shutter speed (1/30 second or slower). Which choice to make really depends on the subject. In this case, freezing the motion would have created, I think, a very dynamic image. Unfortunately, you used a middle of the road shutter speed, which doesn't give us a very interesting effect.
Overall opinion/feedback:Almost a really cool shot. Keep experimenting, and remember, when you find an interesting subject, take MANY, MANY shots, switching angles and settings on your camera. You'll be amazed at the results.
